Bridgette Wiggins is a hands-on business operator and the founder of Trusted Consulting. She didn’t come up through theory or trend-based entrepreneurship. She came up through the work.
Starting her career as an administrative assistant, Bridgette learned how businesses actually function from the inside out. Over more than two decades, she built deep expertise in operations, finance, systems, process improvement, and organizational structure. Her career progressed into senior leadership, including serving as Vice President of a startup she helped scale into a seven-figure business in under five years by building and implementing the systems that made growth sustainable.
Bridgette understands firsthand the pressure of running a business while raising a family and carrying too much alone. That experience shapes how she works today. Her focus is not on abstract strategy, but on practical execution. She helps business owners clean up operations, implement systems, and offload the work that’s keeping them stuck in survival mode.
Through Trusted Consulting, Bridgette partners closely with clients to build businesses that are profitable, organized, and capable of running without constant crisis. Her approach is direct, tactical, and grounded in reality, with a strong respect for values, people, and long-term sustainability.
In addition to client work, Bridgette leads workshops and speaking engagements focused on practical systems, operational clarity, and helping business owners regain control of their time and energy.
